The Chamber

The Squam Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce is organized for the purpose of advancing the commercial, industrial, civic, tourism and general business interest of the Squam Lakes and surrounding areas. Our membership is open to any interested business including lodging, restaurants, attractions, shops, home and professional services and non-profits. The membership businesses and the chamber serve residents and visitors in Ashland, Holderness, Sandwich and the surrounding towns. The Chamber has members from the three towns we serve as well as other towns including Bridgewater, Plymouth, Meredith, Center Harbor and Moultonboro.

The Chamber engages in marketing and promotional activities for the area and is also active in local community events such as the Fourth of July in Ashland and town beautification projects. The Chamber’s active support and promotion of community events such as the Fourth of July, Breakfast with Santa and Christmas in Ashland are integral to our mission. In that spirit, the chamber continues to add new events that enhance our feeling of community. The Chamber is committed to the businesses, town officials and residents of our area and we pledge to do our part to support the communities we all serve.
